For Neil, travel started with a simple idea: “Let’s plan something fun for the group.” Over 13 years ago, he took on the unofficial role of trip planner for his group of 20+ friends. What began as a fun side project quickly grew into a genuine passion—and eventually, ClearSky-Travel, a full-service travel agency built on trust, real-world experience, and a love of helping others explore the world.
Since then, Neil has helped thousands of clients plan everything from quick weekend getaways to full-scale international weddings. His planning style is hands-on, thoughtful, and personal. Rather than just relying on research, he makes a point to experience destinations firsthand—staying at many of the resorts he recommends and only suggesting places he’d feel confident sending his own friends and family.
What sets Neil apart is his straightforward, practical approach. He knows that travel isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're planning a honeymoon, family vacation, a group trip, or a destination wedding, Neil takes the time to get to know what matters to you—and works with you to design a trip that’s exciting, well-organized, and stress-free.
One of Neil’s favorite places to visit is Mexico. From the energy of Cancun to the laid-
back vibe of Riviera Maya, it’s a destination he keeps coming back to. A personal
favorite? Renting scooters in Cozumel, tracking down hidden beaches, touring various
resorts, and sampling street tacos along the way. It’s these kinds of local experiences
that shape the real travel advice he offers his clients.
Even after all his travels, Neil’s bucket list is still growing—with the Maldives currently at the top. After planning many trips there for clients, he’s looking forward to experiencing the iconic overwater bungalows for himself—and using that insight to help others plan their own version of paradise.
